We seek an outgoing individual passionate about Machine Learning and Communication to join our Customer Operations and Support team as a Technical Support Engineer. As a Technical Support Engineer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our customers receive top-notch technical assistance. You'll be responsible for diagnosing and resolving software issues, providing clear and logical instructions, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience as well as help customers in successful solutions implementation. You will work with clients worldwide to demonstrate and prototype SuperAnnotate's product integrations in domains like large language models, computer vision, natural language processing, and industries like e-commerce, sustainability, and healthcare.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Delivering professional technical assistance to our Customers via screen sharing, chat, and email updates
  • Gathering requirements and creating a clear action plan by providing logical written instructions and technical manuals
  • Researching, diagnosing, troubleshooting, and identifying solutions to resolve software issues
  • Create custom scripts and solutions tailored to customers' unique needs, enhancing their experience and resolving complex issues efficiently.
  • Recommend integration strategies, enterprise architectures, and application infrastructure required to successfully implement a complete solution using best practices
  • Following standard procedures for proper escalation of unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams

EXPERIENCE + QUALIFICATION

  • 1+ years of customer-facing experience.
  • Familiarity with Machine learning and Python.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Machine Learning, Data Science, or equivalent experience.
  • Ability to quickly learn, understand, and work with new emerging technologies, methodologies, and solutions in the Artificial Intelligence technology space.
  • Outstanding English writing and verbal skills.

JOB NATURE

The position is offered as a work-from-home opportunity in Armenia. However, candidates must be available during specified work hours aligned with the Pacific Time 9 AM to 6 PM, (9 PM to 6 AM Yerevan Time) to ensure effective collaboration with team members and stakeholders across different time zones.
