Looking for heroes to streamline a global supply chain!

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Supply Chain Management Associate to manage the end-to-end operations related to our Service Partner (SP) management. The ideal candidate will be responsible for efficiently processing Project resource requirements, coordinating communication with Service Partners, updating project tracking systems, ensuring smooth production processes, fostering positive relationships with Service Partners, and facilitating effective internal communication.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Process RFCs (Request for Confirmation) and ensure their timely execution
  • Facilitate clear communication with SPs before initiating pilots, ensuring alignment with project requirements
  • Update and maintain JIRA tracking systems to ensure accurate project status and progress monitoring
  • Negotiate with Service Partners when necessary, ensuring mutually beneficial outcomes
  • Effectively manage resources in collaboration with SPs to optimize project outcomes
  • Cultivate strong working relationships with SPs to foster collaboration and mutual success
  • Prepare Comparative Statements (CS) based on SP pilot outcomes for evaluation
  • Process pilot feedback from SPs and incorporate necessary improvements
  • Coordinate the processing of SP Statements of Work (SOWs)
  • Proactively search for new SPs that align with project requirements
  • Handle SP invoice processing and ensure timely payments
  • Facilitate the vetting and onboarding of new SPs, ensuring compliance with company standards
  • Coordinate synchronisation meetings with internal and external teams and stakeholders
  • Any other tasks assigned by the management

EXPERIENCE + QUALIFICATION

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field
  • Proven experience of 2-3 years in operations coordination, service partner/vendor management, or similar roles
  • Strong familiarity with project management tools, including JIRA, will be an added advantage
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills
  • Detail-oriented with a demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Proficiency in resource management and process optimisation
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Prior experience with vetting and onboarding new service providers is a plus
  • Familiarity with customer review collection and marketing support is advantageous

JOB NATURE

This is a mid-level, full-time position. Office time and workweek is 10 am to 7 pm, Monday to Friday respectively. Our office location is in Mirpur DOHS.
