As a Technical Support Engineer (L1), you will play a crucial role in ensuring our customers receive top-notch technical assistance. You'll be responsible for diagnosing and resolving software issues, providing clear and logical instructions, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience as well as help customers in successful solutions implementation.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Delivering professional technical assistance to our Customers via screen sharing, chat, and email updates
  • Gathering requirements and creating a clear action plan by providing logical written instructions and technical manuals
  • Researching, diagnosing, troubleshooting, and identifying solutions to resolve software issues
  • Create custom scripts and solutions tailored to customers' unique needs, enhancing their experience and resolving complex issues efficiently.
  • Recommend integration strategies, enterprise architectures, and application infrastructure required to successfully implement a complete solution using best practices
  • Following standard procedures for proper escalation of unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams

EXPERIENCE + QUALIFICATION

  • A good command of written technical English
  • Python Proficiency: You should have a strong grasp of the Python programming language, including its syntax, data types, control structures, and built-in libraries
  • The ability to reproduce and diagnose bugs or issues from a screenshot
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Basic understanding of machine learning concepts and applications is a plus

We are looking for a dedicated Technical Support Engineer who is passionate about helping customers and possesses the technical expertise to resolve complex software issues.
